Delete Your Orbit Ascend Account

The quickest way to delete your account is built into the game itself:

Settings → System → Delete Account

The game asks for confirmation before the deletion is submitted. Once the deletion completes, your account and its associated game data are removed. If you keep playing afterwards, the game starts you again with a fresh, separate anonymous profile.

If you can no longer open the game, you can request deletion by email. Send your request to papereggstudios@gmail.com with the subject line “Orbit Ascend — Account Deletion Request”.

To help us locate the right account, please include:

• your Support ID — if you can still open the game, it is shown at Settings → System → Account → Support ID and can be copied from there;
• otherwise, your callsign and Pioneer ID (the tag shown next to your callsign), plus any other non-secret details that help identify the account, such as the approximate date you started playing;
• whether you made any purchases, roughly when, and whether you received any refund — only if relevant to your request.

To protect your account, support may ask for additional verification before processing a request. External requests are reviewed manually — we do not promise a fixed turnaround time, but verified requests are actioned as soon as we reasonably can.

You never need to send us a password, an access or sign-in code, a purchase token, or any payment details. Please do not include those in your email.

Deleting your Orbit Ascend account removes:

• your Orbit Ascend account and player profile;
• gameplay progression, Zircon balance, and virtual-item or entitlement state tied to the account;
• your Support ID and support-associated player records;
• your leaderboard scores and leaderboard entries; and
• account-link data controlled by Orbit Ascend (linking your Google Play Games profile to this game account).

Deleting this game account does not delete your Google account or your Google Play Games profile.

Deletion removes ordinary player-associated data. A limited set of pseudonymous transaction and security records may be retained where necessary to prevent fraud and abuse, help verify and restore eligible purchases, prevent duplicate or fraudulent purchase grants, process refunds and revocations, and meet security or legal obligations. Retained records are not publicly associated with you and are described in the Privacy Policy.

Guidance payloads and retained competitive score values are erased during account deletion. Limited pseudonymous deletion/security markers remain to the applicable cohort expiry (within eight days), with scheduled purge and verification targeted within a further hour. D1 recovery history can retain earlier versions for up to seven additional days. Minimal verification journals remain through those periods; other necessary transaction/security records follow our Privacy Policy.

Deleting your Orbit Ascend account does not cancel or erase the underlying Google Play transaction, and it does not cancel any subscription or refund you may have obtained through Google Play. Certain purchase records may be retained as necessary to verify ownership, prevent fraud or duplicate grants, process revocations or refunds, and support restoration of eligible permanent purchases to a new Orbit Ascend account.
